Elles Utemat offers courses for both individuals and corporate groups on the theme of outdoor cooking. The snow is melting, spring is coming and nature is coming to life. The green primroses sprout from the ground. Edible flowers, herbs and leaves. The first spring mushrooms arrive before midsummer, the season is underway and it's time to discover nature's pantry. The fire is burning and spreads a lovely scent of smoke and bygone times. We carve feather sticks, chop wood, cook on the stove, bake in the field oven and enjoy the freedom and the beautiful phenomena of nature.

We also offer cookery coffee workshops, top bird hunts and AW in the woods. Our unique events span a wide range of outdoor activities and combine gastronomic experiences with team building and adventure.
