Do you only dare to pick chanterelles or a few single species of edible mushrooms? Do you want to learn more about edible mushrooms and ensure a well-stocked mushroom basket and winter pantry? Then this is the course for you! Put on your boots and grab your mushroom basket, it's time for a mushroom adventure!

We meet at a designated place in a nice mushroom forest. There we go through basic facts about mushrooms and mushroom picking, how to learn to recognize different groups and where to actually find mushrooms. Then we go out into the forest for about 2 hours, looking for mushrooms and talking about characteristics and food value. We aim to pick 10-15 different species of edible mushrooms and when we have filled the baskets, we run a mushroom test of these species over an open fire.

Mushrooms don't just taste like mushrooms. The palette of flavors, aromas and textures is bigger than many dare to believe! We'll make coffee, have coffee and nerd out together in the culinary world of mushrooms.
