Elles Utemat (Elle’s Outdoor Food) is a Swedish company specialising on open fire cooking, bushcraft, hunting and foraging events. We work with locally produced ingredients, teach guests about wild foods and differing outdoor cooking techniques.
We arrange events in different locations in Sweden from Skåne in the south to Norrland up north. We have also done several cooperations with partners in the outdoors sector abroad – in Canada and the UK.
